Sports Strength & Conditioning Training

Elevate your athletic performance by focusing on full-body mechanics, strength, and conditioning, as well as explosiveness, speed, and quickness/agility.

Session Type:

  • Personalized 1-on-1 sessions (45-60 minutes) for individualized attention.

  • Dynamic Group Training (60-90 minutes) for 2-6 players.

Group Training

Embrace the power of collective fitness with our Group Training sessions.

Session Type:

  • Join 6-15 people for dynamic 45-60 minute sessions, fostering camaraderie while training with expert guidance.

Soccer Training

Enhance your skills by focusing on full-body mechanics, strength and conditioning, explosiveness, speed, quickness, agility, and soccer-specific abilities like awareness, control, and distribution.

Our approach

At The Yard, we are dedicated to helping our members achieve their performance goals. Our founder, Nick Carapia, has nearly a decade of experience in performance training and brings a unique perspective to his programs. We offer strength and conditioning training in personal and group settings, as well as soccer training. Our comprehensive and inclusive training philosophy has contributed to our success, and we pride ourselves on our commitment and attentiveness to our clients.
